These are, our official "snow birds," spending the winter in this warmer climate. In 2019,The first day we saw the male with the females. He has only come twice since and we haven't been able to get a decent picture. Saw these birds in January just about every day. By the end of February we stopped seeing as they are migratory. In fall 2019-late winter 2020, they returned. This year one male and a couple females. As before, the male rarely came to the feeder. The females came almost every day.
